-We offer outdoor seating for any guests who would like to process or wait outdoors during the warmer months
-We Kindly ask that no guests accompany you to appointments. We have limited seating and hope to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests receiving services.
-Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the salon
-Each station and work area is wiped down and disinfected after each guest, including all tools
-All robes, capes and towels are washed after each use
-We Kindly ask that if you are feeling sick or have tested positive for COVID-19, that you reschedule your appointment
48 Hour Cancellation Policy. Credit Card will be asked to hold all appointments. Any cancellation made after 48hrs prior to appointment will be charged 50% of service total. Any day of or no show appointments will be charged 75% of service total.
Our team strives to do our best and ensure our guests are completely satisfied and love their hair! However, we are human... many factors can affect a service. If you need a color adjustment or have any issues with your hair, we kindly ask that you notify us within 1 week of your initial service so we can correct it. Any changes requested after the one week period may incur charges.
